Side Plate Three-Phase Asynchronous Vibrating Motor

The side plate three-phase asynchronous vibrating motor is a patented high-performance vibration drive device, which integrates power source and vibration source into one unit. It is specially designed for large and medium-sized vibrating machinery, providing a stable and efficient excitation solution for mining, metallurgy, coal, water conservancy and hydropower industries.
This motor consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor and a set of excitation blocks, with a protective cover on the outside. Its frame is equipped with a spigot and a ring with bolt holes, allowing direct mounting on the side plate of vibrating screens without additional base or beam structure. The excitation blocks are key-connected to both ends of the rotor, delivering large and adjustable excitation force.
It adopts high-precision large-clearance cylindrical roller bearings and special anti-vibration structure design, which effectively extends bearing service life and eliminates the influence of shaft bending and thermal deformation. The lubrication system uses a special grease cup for convenient refueling, preventing oil leakage and ensuring stable lubrication under strong vibration.
With a flat and compact structure, this motor reduces the weight and energy consumption of complete vibrating equipment. Compared with traditional shaft eccentric or block eccentric exciters, it can save more than 40% of energy and significantly lower operation cost. The motor features IP54 protection, F-class insulation, and S1 continuous duty, supporting 24-hour reliable operation.
This series includes models from SVB-35226-W to SVB-1601106-W, with excitation force ranging from 35 KN to 160 KN and power from 2.2 KW to 11 KW. The service life exceeds 18,000 hours, making it an ideal replacement for traditional excitation devices and helping improve the reliability and technical level of large-scale vibrating equipment at home and abroad.
