The driving source of the attached concrete compaction is a vibration motor. A special bottom plate is installed on the bottom surface of the machine. When working, the bottom plate is attached to the formwork, and the vibration wave generated by the vibrator is indirectly transmitted to the concrete through the bottom plate and the template. This kind of concrete compaction is mostly used in the construction of thin shell components, hollow slab beams, arch ribs and T-beams.

When pouring concrete components mixed with concrete mixer, it is necessary to eliminate air bubbles and tamp to make the concrete compact, eliminate the honeycomb and pitted surface of concrete, so as to improve its strength and ensure the quality of concrete components. However, due to the low quality of materials used by ZW, most of them can not be used for a long time. Generally, the service life is up to one year, which is far from the service life of universal vibration motors which is over 4 years.
