The difference between vibration motor and common motor

Vibration motors and ordinary motors differ significantly in structure and function. Vibration motors typically use an eccentric block or eccentric shaft structure, generating vibration through the centrifugal force produced during rotation. They are mainly used in equipment such as vibrating screens and vibrating feeders, with vibration frequency and amplitude adjustable by changing the weight and position of the eccentric blocks.

In contrast, ordinary motors primarily produce rotational motion, with the interaction between the magnetic fields of the rotor and stator causing the rotor to rotate, thereby driving various mechanical devices. They are widely used in industrial production, household appliances, and other fields, with their speed and torque controllable by adjusting parameters such as power frequency and voltage.
